NATIONALITY/CITIZENSHIP:–

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

DISQUALIFICATION:-

No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with other person, shall be eligible for appointment under these rules:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from •the operation of this rule.

बशर्ते कि केंद्र सरकार, यदि संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के दूसरे पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत स्वीकार्य है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के कार्यान्वयन से छूट दे सकती है।

Age relaxation to different category of eligible candidates for the posts of SI (Works). and JE/SI (Electrical) will only be give~ according to vacancy exists in respective category.

NOTE

• Age of candidates will be determined on the basis of Date of Birth as recorded in their matriculation certificates available on the closing date of subn_,ission of application and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.
• Prescribed format of certificate for reserved categories are attached as per Annexure – ‘8’ for SC/ST, Annexure – ‘8-1’ for EWS and Annexure – ‘C’& C1 for OBC category.
• Relaxation of respective category will only be given in those cases where vacancies are available in the respective category for the applied post. If vacancies are not available in respective reserved category, candidates applied will be treated as ‘Un-Reserved’ candidate, if he/she fulfill the eligibility conditions applicable to Un-reserved candidate. In that case, if found later that candidate does not fulfill the criteria of General category; candidature will be rejected at any stage of the examination
• उम्मीदवारों की आयु आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि पर उपलब्ध उनके मैट्रिकुलेशन प्रमाणपत्रों में दर्ज जन्म तिथि के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी और इसके परिवर्तन के लिए किसी भी बाद के अनुरोध पर विचार या अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
• आरक्षित श्रेणियों के लिए प्रमाणपत्र का निर्धारित प्रारूप अनुलग्नक – एससी/एसटी के लिए ‘8’, ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए अनुलग्नक – ‘8-1’ और ओबीसी श्रेणी के लिए अनुलग्नक – ‘सी’ और सी1 के अनुसार संलग्न है।
• संबंधित श्रेणी में छूट केवल उन्हीं मामलों में दी जाएगी जहां आवेदित पद के लिए संबंधित श्रेणी में रिक्तियां उपलब्ध हैं। यदि संबंधित आरक्षित श्रेणी में रिक्तियां उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, तो आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को ‘गैर-आरक्षित’ उम्मीदवार माना जाएगा, यदि वह गैर-आरक्षित उम्मीदवार के लिए लागू पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं। उस स्थिति में, यदि बाद में पता चला कि वह उम्मीदवार सामान्य श्रेणी के मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करता है; परीक्षा के किसी भी चरण में उम्मीदवारी खारिज कर दी जाएगी
• A person seeking appointment on the basis of reservation to SC/ST/OBC must ensure that he/she possesses the caste/community certificate as per prescribed format given in the Advertisement. EWS category Candidates also be possess prescribed formats of certificates. The crucial date for this purpose will be the closing date for receipt of applications.
• Every candidate seeking reservation as OBC is required to submit a certificate in prescribed format (Annexure-‘C’) regarding his/her OBC status and non-creamy layer status is~ed by the Competent Authority. Candidates claiming OBC status may ensure that he/she possess caste/community certificate and does not fall in creamy layer on the crucial date i.e. closing date for receipt of application. (In order to ensure it, a declaration in addition to the certificate issued by the Competent Authority will also be obtained from the candidates seeking reservation as OBC in the format attached as Annexure-‘C-‘1 ‘).
• एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी के लिए आरक्षण के आधार पर नियुक्ति चाहने वाले व्यक्ति को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसके पास विज्ञापन में दिए गए निर्धारित प्रारूप के अनुसार जाति/समुदाय प्रमाण पत्र है। ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों के पास प्रमाण पत्र के निर्धारित प्रारूप भी होने चाहिए। इस प्रयोजन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण तिथि आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि होगी।
• ओबीसी के रूप में आरक्षण चाहने वाले प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को अपनी ओबीसी स्थिति और गैर-क्रीमी लेयर स्थिति के संबंध में सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप (अनुलग्नक-‘सी’) में एक प्रमाण पत्र जमा करना आवश्यक है। ओबीसी स्थिति का दावा करने वाले उम्मीदवार यह सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं कि उनके पास जाति/समुदाय प्रमाण पत्र है और महत्वपूर्ण तिथि यानी आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि पर क्रीमी लेयर में नहीं आते हैं। (इसे सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, ओबीसी के रूप में आरक्षण चाहने वाले उम्मीदवारों से सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र के अतिरिक्त अनुलग्नक-‘सी-‘1’ के रूप में संलग्न प्रारूप में एक घोषणा भी प्राप्त की जाएगी)।
